Citroen GS Jaeger dash

Some time agoo I showed some pictures of Jaeger dash in later Citroen models. Here pictures of the GS models both LHD and RHD. The X2 and birotor had standard an tableau with Jaeger instruments. Note the difference between the layout of this tableau in the LHD and RHD car. In the 1975 brochure of Jaeger there was a tableau special with chrome bezels. On the internet I found one with black bezels. The next 3 pictures are from an RHD club estate of 1977. Update 29-01-2024: on LBC there was a special RHD dash for sale! 2 pictures added. I learned that it is a dash of an Citroen GSA of 1979> extra pictures added.

Renault R8

One of the first cars with the Jaegertableau as an option, begin 1964, was the Renault 8. Later, end 1965, the layout of the dash changed with the introduction of the R8 Gordini. The R8 S had standard round Jaeger instruments with speedometer till 160 km/h and rev counter 7000 r/m. The last pictures are taken in Belgium from an fully loaded Gordini with 80 mm meters.

Volvo 122 and Jaeger instruments (updated 02-10-2024)

There was a tableau for the 120 Volvo serie since 1967. I found pictures on the internet which are showing 2 different lay-outs. In the Jaeger catalogue is only 1 lay-out so I think the panel in picture 3 and 4 is from the Peugeot 404 Sedan, that originally could be built in the Volvo 123 GT in 1965 and 66. There are some small differences between the Jaeger France and Jaeger Hesselman delivered tableau's: number of voyants and mix of mano's (text and symbol). There was a special panel, seen in an video on ina.fr. That looks like a kind of an pre serie (photo 5). Very special: an Volvo in an french film! On the norwegian Amazon club site I found an document with a different tableau; this document is likely of 1973 and shows an layout as of VDO or Volvo rally one, with small instruments of the lynx range and the big instruments (80 mm) look like the ones in the Simca 1100TI, only ... with black bezel. It seems to be quite popular since I found several pictures of this tableau....
