The Peugeot 404 was one of the first cars where a tableau could be delivered. For the sedan I did not find an example so far. For the coupé and cabriolet I have seen live several.

today there was an tableau for sale in the netherlands! with a nice story:the seller bought this many years ago on the biggest street market all over the Netherlands (queensday, since some years kingsday) and had no idea for which car it was for!
